What does ArriveUK do?

ArriveUK helps international students manage their arrival and first days in the UK through five connected stages: LAND — airport arrival, meeting and transfer coordination; STAY — short-term accommodation search, booking and check-in support; START — practical help getting set up; CONNECT — local, community and student-life guidance; SETTLE — first-week check-ins and practical follow-up. Students can choose the services they need or combine all five through Complete Arrival.

Is ArriveUK a genuine UK business?

Yes. Arrive UK Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We are an independent student-support company and are not affiliated with UK Visas and Immigration, the NHS or any university.

Who will I actually deal with?

For a confirmed supported journey, you will have a clear ArriveUK point of contact who helps coordinate the services included in your arrival plan.

Can I choose only one service?

Yes. You can choose LAND, STAY, START, CONNECT or SETTLE individually. Complete Arrival is available if you want support across all five stages.

How do I start?

Click Plan My Arrival and tell us about your journey and the support you need. We review your requirements, clarify anything necessary, check relevant availability and explain your options and price before anything is confirmed.

What happens after I submit Plan My Arrival?

An ArriveUK team member reviews your details, contacts you if anything needs clarifying, checks the relevant service availability and explains the next step. Submitting the form does not commit you to a purchase.
