Is the intro call really free?

Yes. The 15-minute intro call costs nothing and there is no obligation to book. Paid consultations are shown with their price before you choose a time.

What time zone are the slots in?

Slots are shown in UK time with your local time alongside. The calendar invitation you receive adjusts to your device automatically.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Every confirmation email includes a manage link to reschedule or cancel. Paid calls cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full.
